We want to congratulate our friend Freddie on his tremendous job arranging his Grand Opening! It looked great! Granted the BobsYrUncle crew did get there later then expected. But we made it!! What had happened was….. We planned on leaving the LA area around 7 am to get there early and reserve some new spots and talk to Freddie and what not and literally ended up leaving at 9:30 instead. Uber FAIL. I’m just going to blame day light savings for that one. SMH.
We ended up at Auto Fashion around 12 and missed the ribbon ceremonies but the event was packed even when we headed out for food around 3 it was still packed!
Great turn out and a lot of nice cars I wasn’t able to capture every single one, nor do i think i would. (i ain’t got time fo dat)
It was good seeing all the homies i hadn’t seen in a while and meeting new people.
Here’s part 1 of coverage from the show for you to enjoy.
I see this S13 and it’s like seeing the Mona Lisa. It has many different angles and not all something everyone would like. To me every car is a canvas and we put our style and soul into a build. This car definitely has a style and stands out. From the Vip style’d Weds Kranze, widebody to the race inspired interior, it all comes together and I like it> So, I wanted to share.
Today I realized that I haven’t posted in a week sorta neglected the site and I apologize for the lack of updates. I wanted to post up something a little different from the show cars, drift cars or cars with parts some just drool over. Rather, I wanted to share a more of a simple everyday build that someone spent the wrench time and put it together at home while still having street appeal and a track look. I’m not sure if this one hits the track but it looks purpose built. SR20 under the hood, fitted TE37’s and a clean kit. Very nice. I would probably do without the stickers on the windows but everyone has their own steez.
Feedback is always appreciated.
S13’s are all over the place. I guess you can say they’re like a dime a dozen but when one stands out, it’s a gem and everyone stops to stare. This S13 is definitely a gem. Very clean and well executed. Clean, simple and just sexxy enough to stand out. No fancy bright colors just attention to details. Amazing build.
This S13 is a simply amazing . I’m in awe over the the quality of the pics and the build itself. Everything looks like it’s done so proper. the Engine bay doesn’t looked crammed and that LSx looks at home in the S13 shell. Car itself doesn’t have too much going on with the exterior but like mentioned in the last post sometimes less is more. This set up looks great and i’m sure this car is loads of fun to drive. I’d love to see this car in action but i’ll settle with the beautiful shots below.

On to the pictures.
Lumber Jack comes to mind when i see the interior but it’s still well executed.
July 21st 2012 Autocon brought a car show to Santa Anita Park in Arcadia for the first time. (From my experiences in the show scene i think this was the first time it’s been held there).
Lance Uchida a part of Bob’s Your Uncle took quite a few pics from the event so bare with us for more pics as we go through them and pick out the ones that stand out.
If you didn’t get the opportunity to go to the show, here’s the coverage:
Michael Mao’s NSX is well known in the show scene and it’s no surprise why.
Joey Lee from the Chronicles sick Q45 on the pavement .. love the Equips!
CCW’s never get old . . Supra + CCW classics = Awesome!
Big Mike’s Prelude looking clean as usual. So nice.
