Toyotafest is one of my favorite events to go to not only because of the nice location at the Queenmary but because of it’s roots. Toyota Owners and Restorer’s Club (TORC) AKA Toyotafest bring the enthusiast through the years, old and new together for a gathering that just feels so humble. No crazy model lounges or loud music from 10 different booths. Just cars, raffles and enthusiasts. I try and attend this event every year since I’ve found out about it maybe 7-10 years ago and have fun seeing old friends and meeting new ones there.
I have my own coverage of the event but wanted to introduce on of the BobsYrUncle crew Eric Gamboa that participated at the event and took a few photos to share.

Oooo Shiiiiney!!! Love it twin turbo happy .
Buddy i haven’t seen in a while Nick Stonawski’s Supra. Always good catching up with that guy .
Sea of Supras..
I haven’t really been to a show in a little over a year and I thought what better way to get back in to it then to go to the TORC? It’s one of the OG shows that have been around forever. I’ve always enjoyed this shoe because it’s such and enthusiasts type show. No hype, No models, and the best part no entry fee!!!
I didn’t bring my car out for the 2nd year and I actually don’t miss showing. Kinda of refreshing getting there at 12:30 walking around for an hour and taking off.
I only took pics of cars that stood out to me or caught my attention through my brief walk through.
My favorite SC430.. So sick!
I don’t know if it was me but I remember IS300 owners repping a little stronger in the years before. Still nice to see the line up of IS300’s though.
LS400’s always look sick on wheels slammed.
super clean set of C2’s on this LS.. WOW!
Ojay’s well known LS
Dear Toyota owners,
As you are the proud long-time owner of a Toyota vehicle, recent news about Toyota’s recalls must be disheartening. However, we feel the media is taking this out of proportion. What’s done is done and now Toyota is all about correcting the issues and restoring public trust. We would like to continue supporting Toyota, as always, by what we do.
Here is a great article for you to read about the recall issue. We are glad not all media is trying to jump on Toyota.
